If you would like to pay by personal check, Money Order, or Cashier's check, you may send your order along with payment by postal mail. Click here for our mailing address. Please allow ten days for personal checks to clear. In order to keep costs down, we do not take orders by telephone.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your package and destination. It will automatically show up in your cart before you checkout once you choose a destination.
3. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We usually ship most orders within 1-2 business days. If you have a certain deadline, you can write that in the comments box at checkout.
4. Do you accept international orders?
Yes, but you must contact us first. Unless you order just a few light, non-clothing items, shipping is very expensive.
5. What is your return policy?
On clothing, we offer an unconditional money back guarantee (less shipping and handling costs) for 30 days from the date ordered. Please send us an email, however, to let us know if you are sending a return.
In order to keep our prices low, effective 2/15/2007 there will be a 10% restocking fee on all returned orders. For repeat customers, this fee may be waived at our sole discretion. There is also a 10% restocking fee on all unclaimed packages, undeliverable packages, and packages delivered to an incorrect address.
Non-clothing items are not returnable or exchangeable.
6. Do you give bulk discounts for large orders and fundraisers?
Yes, we now offer quantity discounts on all our items. However, please feel free to contact us if you have a special request.

8. Can you send me a printed catalog?
No, we do not currently print catalogs.
